Protection against Delay in Payment from buyers

The maximum period for payment of purchases from MSMEs shall not exceed 45 days. In case of delays, the buyer is liable to pay interest to the SME supplier – three times of the bank rate.

 
 
Special 50% discount on Government of India fees for registration of Trademarks & Patents

Enterprises that have a new or updated MSME Certificate can now avail a 50% subsidy for patent & trademarks registration.

 
 

What is Udyog Aadhar For MSME?

Udyog Aadhaar is also known as MSME registration. This is a certification issued to the micro, small and medium size businesses in India under the purview of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Act, 2006 (MSMED). Udyog Aadhaar for MSME was formerly known as MSME registration earlier. Presently this procedure is amalgamated with the Udyog Aadhaar registration online by the Government.
